This was my first visit to meet Dr. Heimmel to discuss cataract surgery. The receptionist greeted me with a big smile that was warm and needed as I did feel a bit nervous. Each team member told me their name before performing optical testing. Nicole was a sweetheart and does her job superbly. Rosa is a rock star and feels like a new friend! She is a true asset to this practice! When I met Dr. Heimmel, immediately I felt trust and compassion. This doctor emanates this serenity, seriously, it was a zen moment! Then and there I made up my mind that my eyes were in the best hands possible! He gave me so much information about my eyes that was incredible to learn. I look forward to having my cataract surgery done by Dr. Heimmel!

The Dr and his amazing staff made the entire cataract process and operation a great success. I didn’t expect to have to have cataract surgery so soon at my age, but I did and the doctor was amazing. I was informed throughout the whole procedure and all the follow ups what would happen and what to expect. Wonderful staff ! They are patient and make us feel very comfortable !We had meet dr Hemel years ago as he cared for my mother in law . His knowledge and expert care is the best . I only trusted him with my mom’s 93 year old eyes ! I will be seeing him soon as my Endo needs my eyes looked at for TED . His PA is great and I’m sure that’s who I see first as this is how offices work know . Great !
